The Rossendale Group design office uses CAD (AutoCAD and 3-D SolidWorks)  and finite element analysis to ensure the safety of your lifting equipment.  Automated design systems allow production of GA drawings, manufacturing drawings and full calculation sets in minutes. 

Following the design process, your lifting equipment will be made in a ROSSENDALE GROUP facility using:

• All products manufactured by the ROSSENDALE GROUP are designed in our in-house design office.
• The Rossendale Group design office operates under ISO9001 procedures and is approved by BVQI
• The Rossendale Group design office can produce -
• Proposal drawings
• Drawings for client approval
• Manufacturing drawings
• Full product calculations
• Designs, drawings and calculations are kept in the technical file which underpins the E.C. Declaration of Conformity issued with every product.
