Manufacture

Following the design process, your lifting equipment will be made in a ROSSENDALE GROUP facility using:

• Pre-engineered standard components, providing shorter lead times, cost savings, quality control and the scope for future adaptability.
• Efficient manufacturing facilities including automated welding and specialist fabricating and machining tools.
• Welding procedures to EN ISO 15614-1:2004 with welders qualified to EN 287-1:2004 (ASME IX also available), up to 50D steels.
• Fabrication of steels up to 355 grade (50D), stainless steels and aluminium.
• Quality assurance procedures approved to ISO9001.
